EUROPAfest 33: SUMMERTIME JAZZ
July 7, 2026, 8:00 PM
Luceafărul Hall (3 Ion Ghica St.)
On July 7th, EUROPAfest continues at Luceafărul Hall with an evening dedicated to the energy of summer, improvisation, and international musical dialogue. In a warm and vibrant atmosphere, Summertime Jazz brings to the stage artists who transform jazz into a lively, spontaneous, and colorful experience.
The evening's concert is supported by JuMa – Poland, a group that proposes a fresh, intense, and expressive sound. Saxophone, piano, drums, and double bass are the instruments with which JuMa creates a sound universe in which the energy of the new generation of European jazz intertwines with the refinement of improvisation and the freedom of live expression.
The evening continues with Jam Session: RITU – South Korea & Guests, a moment in which the stage becomes a meeting point for artists from USA, France, Poland, Peru, Italy, Ireland, Israel, Canada and Romania. Along with Maria Mitișor on piano, vocalist Perla Palmieri, Ilhan Saferali on trumpet and Nicolò Buffa on guitar, the audience will discover jazz in its most authentic form: free, unpredictable and built on the emotion of the moment.
Each improvisation becomes a musical conversation, each meeting on stage a story that is born only once.
You don't have to know jazz. You just have to come.
Secure your place at EUROPAfest 2026 and let yourself be carried away by the rhythm of jazz!
It’s all about live, quality music!
