Four candidates. One top position. And a boardroom that becomes a no-holds-barred arena.

Apparently, it's just the final stage of a job interview. In reality, it's an extreme psychological experiment. Four elite professionals — with impeccable CVs, immeasurable ambitions, and a reputation for ruthlessness — find themselves isolated in a perverse game of manipulation orchestrated by the corporation.

Here there are no examiners, only anonymous instructions. As the tests become increasingly absurd and invasive, elegant masks fall, alliances shift from one minute to the next, and the darkest secrets become blackmail weapons. In the race for success, empathy becomes a handicap, and the survival instinct takes over.
